Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once per event. The plan never expires; the upload window starts when you publish.
What happens when the access period ends?
The album turns read-only and stays downloadable. It is not deleted automatically. Paid plans can extend access for six months for $9.
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code or tap the link and upload from the browser. A first name is all we ask for.
What does "unlimited photos" mean?
No photo count limit. Fair use caps storage at 50 GB on Essential and 200 GB on Celebration and Signature.
Can I upgrade after buying?
Yes. Pay the difference and everything already collected comes with you.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed case by case before the event starts. Contact support.
Is the album private?
Unlisted by default. Only people with your link can see it, and it never shows up in search.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
What about the Free plan?
Free holds 50 photos, has a 7-day upload window and 30 days online, and every photo is watermarked. No videos. Upgrade any time; there is no card on file.
What counts as one event?
One date (or a run of days in a row), one venue and one album link. A rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks or an afterparty somewhere else is its own event.
